From our Talent pool of 200+ applicants we find you 3-5 candidates that match your requirements. You get to interview and choose the right person for you.All of our talent pool candidates are pre-screened and suitable to join our program. We require professional-level English, 3+ years of academic studies and an analytic mindset.
After you have chosen the right person for your team, we will enrol them in our LCA training program and teach them LCA and support them in doing their first LCA project for your company.

The whole progam takes 2,5months. The person (student) part-taking will first do 2 weeks of full-time training and then work on an LCA project for your company for 2months.
As an end result, you will get an LCA of one of your products in less than a quarter. -

Our training program is designed by Dr. Gregory Norris, Harvard professor and MIT researcher of 25 years, whos skills in the area are rooted in academia and business.
In our training programs academy, business and pedagogy come together to offer our students and customer companis the best quality of training. This is why we require our teaching staff to have experience in teaching, in academia and the university world as well as working with companies.

Our programs professors, teachers, mentors and other staff are always available to answer any questions you have. We work with the students on a weekly basis answering questions and making sure their projects move along and they have the resources they need to deepen their knowledge about conducting Life Cycle Assessments. 8 weeks - working on your LCA project
After the training the student gets to depend their knowledge about LCA by starting to work on a real life LCA project. They get to put into practice what the training has thought about ISO standards, defining goal ans scope, how to choose the right functional unit and much more.
The LCA project for your company could be a product LCA, organisational LCA, comparative LCA (comparing LCAs of two different products), or LCA of material, process or service.
